"Woods univercity has a ploblem. Woods univercity had not been given a big enough budget to
operate in the way that they had last year. Officials discussed about the ploblem and they
came out with a number of plans of implement. They decided to increase in daily parking fees
for students . They raised parking fee four to eight dollars.
Acording to the reading passage, students didn’t want to pay higher fee, so they changed
how to come to school. Somestudent who used to come shool alone start coming to school
together usimg one car. others take bus, walk to the school,or ride a bycicle.
As a result, the muber of stuednts who use the parking are decreased. Then the officials’s
plan had fail."
